GENERAL

This website (aromafero.co.uk) is owned and operated globally by HUMAN PERFORMANCE PRO LLC, a company registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). European logistics, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment are managed by our designated regional fulfillment partner, Human Performance, UAB (Lithuania).

By registering and accepting Aroma Fero Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your correct, current, and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we operate an email system, so all emails will be dealt with in the order received.

Any wholesale inquiries or corporate complaints should be directed by email to wholesale@aromafero.lt. Where possible, we try to acknowledge complaints immediately, but all complaints will be formally acknowledged within 7 working days. The customer will be kept informed of all progress.

Free Gifts

Free gifts are only available during specific promotional periods, whilst stocks last. They cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative, and no free gift is exchangeable or refundable. Unless stated otherwise, customers cannot choose the specific free gift they will receive. All free gifts are subject to availability and are non-transferable. The free gift will be dispatched together with the relevant items from your qualifying order. By taking advantage of this offer, you are accepting the terms above.

Aroma Fero only sells 100% genuine premium fragrances and cosmetic products. We do not sell any fakes or copies.

During stocktake, there may be a slight delay in order processing, but orders will still be delivered within advertised delivery windows.

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to) cosmetic packaging and bottles, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and digital screen variations.

All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout, so please recheck your order details before submitting payment.

All prices listed in GBP (£) include VAT where applicable. Payments are also securely accepted in USD (United States Dollars) and Euros (EUR).

Aroma Fero does not operate a price-matching policy.

The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order and ensure all funds are immediately returned to your original payment method.

We securely accept payment by major credit/debit cards (including Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard) via our encrypted payment gateway, or via PayPal. Aroma Fero will not be liable for secondary conversion charges or external payment processing fees, should they apply, associated with your chosen method of payment or card issuer.

Please notify Aroma Fero customer support if your order, which was dispatched by Standard Tracked Shipping, has not arrived after 30 working days, or via DHL / UPS has not arrived after 14 working days. Your parcel may then be officially deemed ‘missing’, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. No additional compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.

Orders may be subject to extra security and anti-fraud checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of credit/debit card authorization details, PayPal verification, or full address verification. Aroma Fero reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this compliance information cannot be supplied upon request.

In rare circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual courier postage costs to remote regions. Should this be the case, Aroma Fero reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.

 

Aroma Fero reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver specific high-value orders to the Billing Address only, at the sole discretion of our management.

Aroma Fero reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the use of promotional codes, as well as restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.

Once an order has been successfully placed, Aroma Fero cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations to an order can be made prior to the package being dispatched from our fulfillment center.

If Aroma Fero is unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable, we will immediately refund your payment for the items we are unable to supply. Aroma Fero will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

Import Duties & Customs

 

Import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and government charges are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. (Please Note: For all European Union countries, orders are dispatched directly from our EU warehouse infrastructure, meaning NO EXTRA TAXES or customs fees apply upon delivery).

Please check with your country’s local Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying from outside the EU or UK. These fees are levied by your country and are not additional shipping charges collected by us.

Refunds will always be processed via the original payment method used during checkout, unless otherwise explicitly agreed by management.
