Refunds Policy

We do not accept returns for products that are damaged, unsealed, or used.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged bottle,

  • You received the wrong product,

  • You wish to exchange the product for another.

Aroma Fero sells only original and genuine formulas.

If you receive any faulty or damaged items, please contact us by email at info@aromafero.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. You will be asked to return the items, and we can offer either a refund or replacement. At our discretion, we may request photographic evidence to support claims of damage.

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify Aroma Fero in writing or by email within 14 days and return all goods in their original condition.

If you are unsatisfied with a pheromone formula itself, please contact the product manufacturer directly (see more info here).

Return postage:
Returns should be sent by Local Post 1st or 2nd Class. Please note that we do not cover costs for Special Delivery or courier services. Always obtain proof of posting, as the customer is responsible for the returned items until they reach our office.
